Step 1:

  • Nothing is processed further without the proof of purchase for warranty claims. It is important to submit proof of purchase, which must be provided by the original purchaser to he customer support team.

  • You also have additional benefits, such as extending the originally provided warranty period. This extended warranty plan includes replacement, repair, and coverage for accidental damages.

Step 2:

  • The first field of the registration form is the model number, followed by your name, email address, phone number, location, date of purchase, and delivery date.

  • Consumers who are 18 years of age or older will be able to complete the product registration form.

Step 3:

  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original, uninstalled condition and returned in its original packaging.

  • Upon receipt of the returned fan, they will refund the full purchase price, including taxes, but the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

What is covered under the Casablanca Fan Warranty?

Hunter Fan Company extends this limited warranty to the original purchaser of the Hunter ceiling fan, installed at its original location. If any component fails due to material or workmanship defects during your ownership, as determined solely by Hunter, we will provide a replacement.

What is NOT covered under the Casablanca Fan Warranty?

The warranty does not cover remote control batteries; fans purchased or installed outside the United States; fans owned by anyone other than the original purchaser; fans without proof of purchase; fans bought from unauthorized dealers; normal wear and tear; minor cosmetic flaws; refurbished fans; and fans damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow Hunter instructions, accidental damage caused by the owner or related parties, modifications to the fan, incorrect maintenance or repairs, improper voltage or power surge, use of unauthorized parts or accessories, failure to maintain the fan, or acts of nature. Labor costs are not covered.
