The manufacturer continually improves its products and reserves the right to modify materials and specifications without prior notice.
The seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and there are no warranties, whether expressed or implied, that extend beyond the described Limited Warranty.
In certain states, the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or the waiver of implied warranties of fitness and/or merchantability may not be permitted.
The seller does not provide guarantees for the texture, color, tone, or shade of the wood, nor does the seller guarantee the color fastness of the wood or against peeling.
Any claims for damages that occur during shipment by the carrier of the goods must be insured and handled directly with the carrier.
12-month limited warranty
The seller guarantees that the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms: Metal cabinet wine units include parts and labor for the cooling system and cabinetry for a period of 12 months from the date of sale; however, removal and re-installation of the unit are not covered under the warranty for labor.
This limited warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, natural disasters (acts of God), fires, earthquakes, floods, severe winds, governmental actions, war, riots, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, carrier delays, unauthorized repairs, or any other cause beyond the control of the Seller, whether similar or different from those listed.
