To request a replacement, please email photos of the defective products to the provided email address.
Once the defect is verified, they will send replacement parts or a new item without any extra charge. SmartStandard has a 30-day return policy, within which the products must be returned.
The refund processing time is 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Custom-designed items are not eligible for returns. Additionally, returns of installed products cannot be accepted.
Returned products must be in sellable condition to receive full credit. Damaged returns will not qualify for full credit.
Prior to shipping a return, please photograph the item to verify its condition. You will not receive a full refund because it does not include the shipping charges.

Each product manufactured by SmartStandard comes with a warranty ensuring it will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, defective products will either be replaced or repaired.
This warranty policy is void without proof of purchase or if the product has been modified or repaired by the purchaser or unauthorized individuals.
