You must provide your appliance's name, color, serial number, date of purchase, reseller's name, and other essential details. A receipt can be uploaded in specified formats.
Shipments occur within 48/72 hours following the dispatch of the Order Confirmation email, on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 9 am and 6 pm.
Upon delivery of the shipment to the courier, a confirmation email will be dispatched. This email will contain a link, which will be activated within a maximum of 72 hours. Through this link, it will be possible to track the delivery.

A warranty is defined as the complimentary replacement or repair of parts that were defective at the time of purchase due to manufacturing faults. In instances of irreparable or recurrent faults attributed to manufacturing issues, the machine may be replaced at the manufacturer's sole discretion.
30-day delivery policy
The warranty excludes coverage for damages resulting from incorrect or faulty use, defects caused by accidental breakages or carelessness, failure to adhere to instructions and warnings, improper installation and maintenance, maintenance and/or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel, and the use of non-original spare parts. Additionally, carriage-related damages are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to damages incurred due to improper use, specifically non-domestic use.
