Only products in perfect and saleable condition, with the original packaging and guidance when needed, are accepted for return. You cannot return the products yourself unless you obtain permission from the customer service team after contacting them via email or phone.
Permission means Case Furniture sends you return authorization and instructions that explain how the return process should be done. You should bear the costs related to returning goods. You can avail of any one of their choices which are a refund, return, or exchange.
A replacement will be arranged upon the receipt of damaged or faulty goods as soon as you inform the customer service team. Unfortunately, individuals with gift coupons have no other way to receive an exchange or a refund.
A full refund or 20 percent deduction from the original selling price will not be provided if the products are not in a condition to be resold.
The list of ineligible products for return includes non-faulty made-to-order items or customized items, such as upholstered chairs and sofas. Your statutory products will not be affected by the return policy.

Case Furniture ensures that its products are devoid of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty remains applicable from the delivery date to the initial purchaser and is non-transferable. Case Furniture, at its discretion and without charge, will either repair or replace any product, part, or component that malfunctions under standard usage. In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible from a commercial standpoint, Case Furniture will offer a refund or credit for the affected product. The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser who acquires a product from Case Furniture or a Case Furniture Authorized Reseller for personal use, excluding any intentions for resale, remarketing, or distribution.
The warranty provided by Case Furniture does not extend to cover product defects, damage, or loss resulting from various circumstances. These include normal wear and tear, failure to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines during application, installation, and reconfiguration, as well as instances of abuse, misuse, or accidents, such as using the product in unsuitable environments or conditions. Additionally, alterations or modifications to the product and the substitution of unauthorized non-Case Furniture components in an integrated product solution are excluded from the warranty coverage. Furthermore, variations in surface materials and the use of the Customer's own non-standard textiles and materials (COM) are not included, unless specifically warranted by the original supplier for material properties such as quality, colorfastness, shade variations, puddling, wrinkling, or abrasions.
