Step 1:

  • The initial step in product registration is entering your SKU or model number, which is akin to selecting from a field. After that, the serial number, purchase location, and date need to be furnished with the uploading of proof of purchase.

  • It is your willingness to add more products. By booking a service call to the telephone number, the warranty must be claimed within 28 days from the occurrence date of the problems that validate your claim. 

Step 2:

  • You should never make Fhiaba reduce the warranty period to three months from the original warranty period using the products for non-domestic purposes. The cost of making a warranty claim will be borne by the customer unless Fhiaba determines that the expenses are justified.

  • In such cases, the seller will ask you to provide written evidence for every single expense to the address that is printed on the warranty registration card.

Step 3:

  • You will get a prompt response from them when you contact them by filling out the form or calling the provided phone number. The form contains your personal, contact, subject, and message fields.

  • If the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards and the issue isn't considered a major fault, you have the right to request either repair or replacement.

What is covered under the Fhiaba Refrigerator Warranty?

Fhiaba promises that every Fhiaba product will remain free from defects in manufacturing for a duration of sixty months, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is applicable to the products used for domestic purposes.

What is NOT covered under the Fhiaba Refrigerator Warranty?

The warranty provided by Fhiaba does not cover defects resulting from factors other than those arising during the manufacture of the product. These factors include, but are not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not apply if the product is used for a purpose other than its intended design or if it is not installed according to the specified instructions. Furthermore, using the product after a defect has been discovered or repairing or modifying it without Fhiaba's authorization voids the warranty. Damage caused by transportation, exposure to environmental factors beyond Fhiaba's control, or the use of unauthorized parts or cleaning products is also not covered. Specific exclusions include damage to the base of electric ovens due to improper usage, as well as cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product's performance. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to light bulbs used in Fhiaba products.
