The Caroma warranty is exclusive to the original owner who purchases the products and is non-transferable.
During the warranty process, Caroma may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty periods are 1, 5, or 20 years.

Typical Processing Time: Caroma warranty claims are usually handled within 7–14 business days after submission, but full resolution can take 2–4 weeks depending on inspection, parts availability, and service scheduling.
Reason for Common Delays: Delays commonly occur due to dealer verification requirements, missing proof of purchase, product inspection needs, or checking whether installation and registration details are valid under warranty terms.
Helpful Tip to make the claim easier: Register your product early, keep your invoice and product code ready, and always submit clear photos of the fault to speed up approval and avoid back-and-forth with support.
