  • Contacting the customer support department is the first step you have to take. The enquiries section is divided into general and warranty, with a common phone number and two distinctive email IDs.

  • Your name, email address, phone number, address of residence, preferred contact methods, and query description must be submitted in the form. Finally, you have to attach the files.

Step 2:

  • You should have the proof of purchase or handover documentation for new homes, a warranty certificate or equivalent documentation, and your contact details when the warranty claim is made.

  • Caroma's products and services are accompanied by guarantees that are irremovable under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law). In the case of major failures with goods, you have the entitlement to opt for either a refund or replacement.

  • If a failure occurs with the goods or service that doesn't qualify as a major failure, you have the right to request rectification within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The Caroma warranty is exclusive to the original owner who purchases the products and is non-transferable.

  • During the warranty process, Caroma may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty periods are 1, 5, or 20 years.

  • 1-year warranty on labour for a replacement product or parts only for Basins, Toilet Suites, Baths - Acrylic and Steel Shell

  • 5 years warranty on a replacement product or parts only for Toilet Seats

  • 20 years warranty on a replacement product or parts only for Basins, Toilet Suites, and Baths - Acrylic and steel Shell

What is covered under the Caroma Warranty?

The Caroma warranty is applicable solely to defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship in the products. The warranty for Caroma products starts from the date of purchase or, in the case of new buildings, from the date of handover, as stipulated for the relevant period.

What is NOT covered under the Caroma Warranty?

The Caroma warranty excludes coverage for defects resulting from various factors, including but not limited to accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, harsh weather conditions, neglect, and alterations or repairs by unauthorized personnel. Additionally, the warranty does not cover attachments of accessories or the use of non-genuine replacement parts not manufactured or approved by Caroma. Consequential damage or costs are not covered when adequate access to product fittings and fixtures is unavailable. The warranty also does not extend to any loss or damage to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures, or any other consequential losses caused by defects in the products or components.
