To register your Canon device, you'll need to either log in with your current account or create a new one with Canon.
After accessing your dashboard, you'll find the product registration menu on the left-hand side.
Each product requires a separate registration with a valid serial number and a date of purchase.
Upload your proof of purchase and the store you bought it. click next step to verify your address completely.
Proceed with the carePAK activation and confirm the summary to complete your registration.
After registering, you can initiate a warranty claim by reaching out to Canon customer support through phone, email, or chat. The phone number is provided below.
When speaking with customer support, it is important to provide them with all relevant information regarding the product, the place of purchase, and any additional information they may need to process the claim.
After contacting customer support, they will begin the return process and furnish you with a confirmation.
Products returned to a Canon repair facility and found to be defective during inspection will be handled at the sole discretion of Canon.
This process will be carried out without any cost to the customer and may involve repair, replacement with a new product, or replacement with a refurbished product, all determined by Canon's repair facility.
It's important to note that any warranty exchange or replacement will not lengthen the original warranty duration of the product.

The Canon brand warranty is designed to provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects or malfunctions in Canon products for a specified period of time, typically one year after the purchase date. This limited warranty applies to any defects that arise during the regular use of the Product. It is recommended to review the warranty documentation carefully or to contact Canon directly to obtain accurate information.
Under normal use and service, the Product is protected against material and workmanship defects for 1 year from the day of original purchase when it is delivered to you in its original container.
For refurbished Products, protection is limited to 90 days from the time of original purchase.
If you've mishandled, or changed the packaging of the product, or if it's been altered or removed from its serial number or date, it could lead to the loss or damage of the product. This could include water damage, sand or corrosion damage, a battery leak, dropping the product, scratches or abrasions, or damage to the body, lenses, LCD display, or any of the accessories. Additionally, if you don't follow operating, maintenance, or environmental instructions prescribed in the user's manual or by someone else, it could also lead to an abnormally frequent service call or service problem.
