Step 1:

  • The product registration is completed by entering the product serial number along with the bike shop details and personal information. The warranty for your bike, wheels, suspension, and more is secured through registration.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, the bicycle must be taken to an Authorized Cannondale Retailer located on the same continent where the bicycle was originally purchased.

  • The bicycle should be in an assembled state, reasonably clean, and in a sanitary condition. Additionally, it must be accompanied by the original, dated sales receipt for the bicycle.

Step 2:

  • The limited warranty is valid for the original owner of the bicycle and bicycles purchased from Authorized Cannondale Retailers. It cannot be handed over to anyone.

  • The bicycle owner is responsible for covering all labor charges associated with warranty service, including any transfer or installation of new components.

Step 3:

  • Initiate returns within 15 days from the date of receiving your bicycle or non-bicycle product to qualify for a refund as per the return policy. Return Authorizations (RA) are effective for a duration of fourteen calendar days following their issuance, which you can obtain from customer service.

  • Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds are issued via the original method of payment. Usually, this process is completed within 10 business days.

Cannondale Bikes Warranty Period:

  • 3-year limited warranty on Frames of Gravity, Freeride, Downhill, Dirt Jump, and other ASTM Category Five Bicycles

What is covered under the Cannondale Bikes Warranty?

Cannondale bicycles are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Cannondale will either repair or replace any products found to be defective within the normal scope of use with the same or most nearly comparable model or component available at that time. This limited warranty encompasses manufacturing defects occurring within the typical lifespan and usage of the product.

What is NOT covered under the Cannondale Bikes Warranty?

The limited warranty becomes invalid if the bicycle is exposed to abuse, neglect, improper repair, incorrect assembly, failure to follow proper maintenance as outlined in the owner’s manual, alteration, modification, installation of incompatible parts, corrosion, an accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. Furthermore, this limited warranty is nullified if the bicycle is utilized in a rental or bike-sharing program. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including fatigue-related issues, is not covered.
