Verify your appliance is within the applicable warranty period from the original date of purchase and that the issue relates to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
Ensure the issue is not caused by misuse, improper installation, electrical faults, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs as these conditions are excluded from warranty coverage.
Visit the official Candy website and navigate to the Product Registration or Support section to register your appliance.
Enter your model number, serial number, purchase date, and retailer information accurately to complete product registration. Product registration helps streamline future service and warranty verification.
Retain your original proof of purchase in a safe place throughout the warranty period, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
If your Candy appliance develops a covered defect within the warranty period, contact Candy customer support through the official website or authorized service center with your model details and proof of purchase ready.
Provide a clear description of the issue and follow the instructions given by the support team to determine whether inspection, repair, or replacement is required.
Once your claim is reviewed, Candy will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts through an authorized service provider. Refunds are generally not provided under the limited warranty.
Candy appliances include a 12-month parts and labour guarantee plus 10 years’ parts (on registration), excluding wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse, with proof of purchase required.

Candy warrants its appliances to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the applicable warranty period. Covered products include dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and other major appliances for home use.
Under this limited warranty, Candy will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts using new or refurbished components, or replace the entire unit with a comparable product if repair is not feasible. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Candy service provider.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, incorrect electrical supply, power surges, fire, flood, or other acts of nature is not covered under this warranty.
