  • Either a UK dealer or a global distributor has to be contacted for service enquiries and product information. In the event you want to get in touch with them to ask for the warranty claim, choose the latter option.

  • The warranty cannot be transferred to others. The products returned to a registered dealer or distributor will be thoroughly checked by them.

Step 2:

  • If REGA-recommended distributors or dealers find that the returned products are damaged or tampered with, then the chance of rejection is very high. Products being returned must be in their original packaging and packed properly.

  • In case you no longer possess the packaging, please contact your dealer or distributor. They can assist in supplying replacement packing if needed, and fees may be applicable.

Step 3:

  • A few pounds may have to be paid for labor and return shipping when the products, that were returned, are free of any kinds of errors. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

  • The distributor or dealer will assess fair wear and tear during inspection. The product should not undergo any modifications.

  • During the warranty process, Rega may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the limited lifetime warranty period.

What is covered under the Rega Warranty?

The warranty holds validity solely in the country of purchase. Any warranty claims must be supported by proof of the original purchase. Whenever possible, it is recommended to reach out to the initial point of purchase for warranty assistance. As long as the necessary parts are still accessible, Rega will provide the required components to your distributor for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.

What is NOT covered under the Rega Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damages incurred during return shipping as a result of improper packaging. Additionally, damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or acts of nature are not included in the warranty offered by Rega.
