The warranty cannot be transferred to others. The products returned to a registered dealer or distributor will be thoroughly checked by them.
If REGA-recommended distributors or dealers find that the returned products are damaged or tampered with, then the chance of rejection is very high. Products being returned must be in their original packaging and packed properly.
In case you no longer possess the packaging, please contact your dealer or distributor. They can assist in supplying replacement packing if needed, and fees may be applicable.
A few pounds may have to be paid for labor and return shipping when the products, which were returned, are free of any kinds of errors. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
The distributor or dealer will assess fair wear and tear during inspection. The product should not undergo any modifications.

Lifetime limited warranty
The warranty does not cover damages incurred during return shipping as a result of improper packaging. Additionally, damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or acts of nature are not included in the warranty offered by Rega.
