Step 1:

  • Café Appliances warranty claims should be made by contacting the customer support team.

  • While contacting them, you should provide your name, street address, city, state, phone number, email, model, and serial number, and the question you'd like to ask.

Step 2:

  • You have a 7-day window after the product is delivered to your home to return an appliance for a refund or replacement, with no restocking or pickup fees. 

  • Appliances returned between seven and thirty days will incur a 25% restocking fee, along with a pick-up fee, which will be subtracted from the refund for the returned appliances.

  • Prior to sending the appliances back to them, Café Appliances wants you to include the return authorization (RA) number given by the support team.

  • You can't expect returns or replacements after thirty days. Repair can be scheduled during the warranty period with charges.

  • Should you have made a purchase of a café countertop appliance from the official website, you have the flexibility to return it for any reason within 60 days from the date of delivery, and you will be eligible for a refund.

Step 3:

  • You should either create an account or register your details using a form with a limited amount of information, not excessive details. 

  • Account creation also enables you to track your order using your reference number and email address. The orders can be tracked for the products bought on the original website. 

  • During the warranty process, Café Appliances may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Refrigerators and dishwashers have a 1-year limited warranty period.
