  • You can't expect returns or replacements after thirty days. Repair can be scheduled during the warranty period with charges.

  • Should you have made a purchase of a Café countertop appliance from the official website, you have the flexibility to return it for any reason within 60 days from the date of delivery, and you will be eligible for a refund.

What is covered under the Café Appliances Warranty?

The limited warranty is applicable to the initial buyer and any subsequent owners of products purchased for residential use within the USA. In cases where the product is situated in an area without access to a Café Authorized Servicer, you might incur a trip charge or be obligated to transport the product to an Authorized Café Service center for repairs. All warranty services are administered by their Factory Service Centers or authorized service technicians. When arranging for service, please make sure to have your serial number and model number ready.

What is NOT covered under the Café Appliances Warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover certain scenarios. It excludes service trips to your home intended for teaching product usage, as well as issues arising from improper installation, delivery, or maintenance.
