Step 2:

  • The Product should meet the four conditions for the return policy. The products should have been purchased from the official website, and must not be used or damaged, you should return the product within thirty days, and you may have to cover the return shipping cost depending on the reason.

  • The original order receipt should be enclosed in the box along with instructions indicating that you are returning the item for a refund. The original payment method will be used to process your refund.

What is covered under the Nordic Ware Warranty?

Nordic Ware warranty policy applies to:

  • Products are covered for material and workmanship defects for the specified warranty period.
  • Minor imperfections, surface marks caused by shipping, and slight color variations are typical and do not indicate a defective product.

What is NOT covered under the Nordic Ware Warranty?

Nordic Ware warranty does not apply to:

  • Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, overheating, the application of cooking sprays, regular wear and tear, or usage outside a home environment.
  • Extended periods of high-heat cooking, cleaning the product in a dishwasher, improper cleaning practices, neglecting maintenance, or modifying the product.
  • Using metal utensils on any nonstick surface or employing scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, or bleach.
  • Any claims related to the product that do not adhere to the provided usage and care instructions.
