What is covered under the Nordic Ware Warranty?

Nordic Ware warrants their products to be free from material and workmanship defects for a designated period of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years starting from the original purchase date (please refer to the original product packaging to determine the applicable warranty). It's important to note that minor imperfections, surface marks caused by shipping, and slight color variations are considered typical and do not indicate a defective product. All of their warranties are limited in nature, as they necessitate the products to be used in accordance with the provided usage and care instructions.

What is NOT covered under the Nordic Ware Warranty?

The warranty will not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, overheating, the application of cooking sprays, regular wear and tear, or usage outside a home environment. Furthermore, the warranty will become void if you subject your pans to extended periods of high-heat cooking, clean your product in a dishwasher, engage in improper cleaning practices, neglect maintenance, or make any modifications to the product. It's also important to note that using metal utensils on any nonstick surface or employing scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, or bleach can nullify the warranty.
