  • Confirm your product was purchased new from an authorized C. Crane reseller  the warranty is void if the product was purchased from unauthorized resellers or individuals.

    Ensure your product has not been dropped or opened, as physical damage or tampering voids the warranty.

    Locate your proof of purchase, as it is required to validate your warranty claim and confirm the date of purchase.

    Visit C crane to review the full warranty terms and conditions before proceeding with your claim.

Step 2:

  • Visit C Crane warranty registration form and complete the online warranty registration form to register your C. Crane product and place your warranty on record.

    Registering your product ensures your purchase details are on file and helps expedite any future warranty or service requests.

Step 3:

  • Keep your registration confirmation and proof of purchase in a safe place for the full duration of your 1-year warranty period.

    Contact C. Crane Customer Service during business hours to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any item back. Products returned without an RA number cannot be processed efficiently.

    Pack your product carefully and ensure your shipment before sending it to C. Crane. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage caused by inadequate packaging.

    Once received and inspected, if a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, C. Crane will replace your product at no charge. Note that replacements are only offered once per original purchase.

C. Crane Warranty Period:

  • All C. Crane products purchased new from an authorized reseller are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for parts and labor from the date of purchase.

C. Crane's one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for products purchased new from authorized resellers.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or individuals are not eligible for warranty service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom cables and fittings are also excluded from returns and refunds. Whip antenna repairs due to physical damage (not manufacturer defects) are available as a paid repair service at $29.99 plus $14.99 return shipping.
