  • Locate your packing slip or proof of purchase, as it is required to validate your return or warranty claim.

  • Check whether your product is within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund, or whether it requires a manufacturer’s warranty claim after that period.

  • Note that certain items such as pillows, personal care products, personalized items, and final sale items, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Check the product page for specific exclusions before proceeding.

Step 2:

  • For products purchased from the website, a 30-day return policy applies. Products must be returned with the original packing slip to receive a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

  • After 30 days, refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty included with your product, as warranty terms and coverage periods vary by product and manufacturer.

  • For Protection Plus Plan warranty claims, contact Centricity directly at 1-800-345-6282, as this extended protection plan is managed separately.

  • For massage chairs, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting the chair manufacturer directly. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Step 3:

  • For returns or warranty claims on products purchased from the website, contact Brookstone Customer Care before shipping any product back to receive instructions and authorization.

  • Pack the product securely with the original packing slip and ship it to the address provided by Customer Care. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For Brookstone-branded products purchased at Macy's, Target, Kohl's, or other retailers, returns and warranty claims must be handled directly through the retailer where the product was purchased.

  • Once the return is received, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, and customers will be notified by email when the credit is issued.

Brookstone Warranty Period:

  • Brookstone and OSIM branded products are covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
