Note that certain items such as pillows, personal care products, personalized items, and final sale items, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Check the product page for specific exclusions before proceeding.
For products purchased from the website, a 30-day return policy applies. Products must be returned with the original packing slip to receive a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
After 30 days, refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty included with your product, as warranty terms and coverage periods vary by product and manufacturer.
For Protection Plus Plan warranty claims, contact Centricity directly at 1-800-345-6282, as this extended protection plan is managed separately.
For massage chairs, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting the chair manufacturer directly. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
For returns or warranty claims on products purchased from the website, contact Brookstone Customer Care before shipping any product back to receive instructions and authorization.
Pack the product securely with the original packing slip and ship it to the address provided by Customer Care. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For Brookstone-branded products purchased at Macy's, Target, Kohl's, or other retailers, returns and warranty claims must be handled directly through the retailer where the product was purchased.
Once the return is received, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, and customers will be notified by email when the credit is issued.
Brookstone and OSIM branded products are covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
