Step 1:

  • The customer support team is the starting point of the warranty claim which can be contacted by calling or filling up the form. Later method also ends up in receiving assistance from the same team.

  • If nothing works out even after trying several steps to make the product condition get back to normal condition, you will be provided a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label to return the products by attaching the proof of purchase.

Step 2:

  • A 10% restocking and handling fee is applied to advanced bidet toilet seats, bidets, as well as non-hygienic and hygienic products. This fee is factored into the shipping charges. The returns have to be done within thirty days of the purchase date.

  • Customers who do not return the products in new and resalable condition may be subject to additional fees and/or may not receive credit for returned merchandise

Step 3:

  • Brondell does not cover the expenses associated with removing, returning (shipping), or reinstalling products, except for those that may be restricted for commercial use.

  • 3-year limited warranty on Breathe Air Purification Systems: Revive, Halo, Source, Balance, and Brondell Pro: Models PR50, PH10, P300, P400, and P700BB-W

What is covered under the Brondell Warranty?

Brondell ensures that all products will be free from material and workmanship defects under regular usage and service. The warranty provides full coverage for both parts and labor for the entire product during the initial year from the original purchase date.

What is NOT covered under the Brondell Warranty?

The warranty provided by Brondell excludes coverage for damage or loss occurring during shipment, as well as damage or loss caused by natural or manmade disasters beyond the company's control, such as fire, earthquakes, or floods. Additionally, it does not cover damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter in a water system, negligent or improper installation, including installation in harsh or hazardous environments. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or inadequate maintenance, including damage from chlorine or chlorine-related products, is also not covered. Furthermore, damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, outages, lightning strikes, or other acts not attributable to Brondell or not specified for the product's tolerance are excluded from the warranty.
