Brondell ensures that all products will be free from material and workmanship defects under regular usage and service. The warranty provides full coverage for both parts and labor for the entire product during the initial year from the original purchase date.
1-year limited warranty on Drink Water Filtration Systems: Models H625, H630, UC100, UC300, RC100, and RC250
2-year limited warranty on Breathe Air Purification Systems: Horizon P200-W
3-year limited warranty on Breathe Air Purification Systems: Revive, Halo, Source, Balance, and Brondell Pro: Models PR50, PH10, P300, P400, and P700BB-W
The warranty provided by Brondell excludes coverage for damage or loss occurring during shipment, as well as damage or loss caused by natural or manmade disasters beyond the company's control, such as fire, earthquakes, or floods. Additionally, it does not cover damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter in a water system, negligent or improper installation, including installation in harsh or hazardous environments. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or inadequate maintenance, including damage from chlorine or chlorine-related products, is also not covered. Furthermore, damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, outages, lightning strikes, or other acts not attributable to Brondell or not specified for the product's tolerance are excluded from the warranty.
