What is covered under the Brizo Warranty?

Brizo provides a warranty to the original consumer purchaser, guaranteeing that the parts of its residential steam bath generator, bought from authorized Brizo sellers, will be devoid of defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original consumer purchaser's homeownership. Brizo will, at its discretion, repair or replace, at no cost, any part found to be defective in material and/or workmanship under typical installation, use, and service within the relevant warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Brizo Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages resulting from improper or negligent installation or use. It also does not cover products that have been improperly repaired by individuals not designated or authorized by Brizo. Damage may occur if the product is not operated or installed according to the provided instructions if it is installed outdoors, or in a moist and/or humid environment with unconditioned air or temperatures exceeding 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, damage caused by freezing or acts of God is not covered by the warranty.
