  • Since they provide heater solutions for various purposes, Each of their products has unique use and application. This makes them follow specific warranty periods for each of their products. This can range from 1 year to even seven years for some products.

  • Cadet will repair or replace any Cadet product, including non-electronic wall thermostats, found to be defective within the warranty period. Cadet will also repair or replace any Cadet part found to be defective. This warranty only applies to parts purchased or installed after the expiration of any other applicable warranty period.

What is covered under the Cadet Warranty?

Cadet’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement as set out herein. Cadet will not be liable for damages such as property damage or for consequential damages and/or incidental expenses resulting from a breach of these warranties or any express or implied warranty. In the event that Cadet elects to replace any part of your Cadet product, the replacement parts are subject to the same warranties as the product. The installation of replacement parts does not modify or extend the underlying warranties. Replacement or repair of any Cadet product or part does not create new warranties.

What is NOT covered under the Cadet Warranty?

There are limitations involved in the warranty claim of Cadet. Damage occurring through improper installation or incorrect supply voltage, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration will be rejected in the claim. Refurbished products and others that are serviced by third parties will not be included in the claim. The inability in determining the manufacturing date of the product and damages in shipping which are not from the side of Cadet will also be neglected in the claim.
