  • If you face any defect in workmanship or material in any of your Breville products within the warranty period, You can immediately apply for the claim. Breville will repair or replace it with the same model or comparable replacement free of charge at their sole discretion.

  • Locate the serial number, product model number, batch code (a 3 or 4 digit number) which will be found on the sticker placed on the product.

  • Contact their customer support with the original or a copy of the sales receipt in hand and address the issue. They will evaluate your issue and proceed further.

  • Breville will send a pre-paid shipping label(for free shipping) if the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the warranty.

  • After the process, Breville may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. This might take up to 10 business days depending on your geographical location and type of damage or warranty claim.

What is covered under the Breville Warranty?

The limited non-transferable product warranty by Breville covers any defects and damages in the working condition, craftsmanship and material that are bought from authorized sellers. You can easily have it fixed with proper details in hand. Even if the warranty period expires or the product does not qualify for the warranty service/repair/replacement or reimbursement, You can still buy replacement parts or have products repaired by one of Breville’s authorized servicers.

  • 2 Years limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Breville Warranty?

Breville is ready to get your product fixed only if you are from the same location of the purchase of the product. This warranty is also strictly not applicable for products bought for commercial use like hotels, restaurants. It also excludes any defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts or repair service other than those that have been authorized by Breville pursuant to the terms hereof. Products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stain, age or products damaged due to any improper or discouraged use, mishandling, negligence, excessive wear and tear, including damages caused by maintaining, operating or using the product in a manner not consistent with, in accordance with, or not contemplated by the instruction manual provided by Breville with the product, or by otherwise failing to follow safety, operating, care or cleaning instructions will not be eligible for the claim. As like any other company, products with removed, replaced, altered product number, model or serial number or date code will be rejected. Products damaged due to directly or indirectly from the use of a third party product; acts of nature e.g. fire, flood, or lightning; irregular current or voltage sources, or use on electric or other current or voltage other than that marked on the product are not covered in the claim.
