Step 1:

  • Confirm your product was purchased from an Authorized Roland/BOSS dealer in your country, as the warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels.

Locate your proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice), as it is required to validate your warranty service request.

Identify your product type and purchase date to determine which warranty period applies coverage varies from 2 years to a lifetime depending on the product category.

Visit Roland and review the Service & Warranty Information page to understand your specific product's coverage before submitting a claim.

Step 2:

  • Visit boss and create or log in to your Backstage account to register your BOSS product.

Complete the product registration with your model name, serial number, and date of purchase to establish your warranty start date on record.

While registration is not a requirement for warranty service, it is strongly recommended to help expedite any future claims and keep your product records up to date.

Once registered, you will have access to the latest owner's manuals, firmware updates, and support documents for your product through the Backstage portal.

Step 3:

  • If your product requires warranty service, submit a service request via boss.info/backstage to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number products shipped without an RA number will be refused.

Alternatively, locate an Authorized Service Center near you using the Service Center Locator at boss.info, as they may service your product locally.

Pack your product securely and ship it at your own expense (insurance recommended) along with your proof of purchase to the Roland & BOSS Service Center or the authorized center at the address provided.

Upon receipt, BOSS technicians will inspect your product and contact you with repair details. Repairs or replacements within the warranty period are carried out at no charge for parts or labor.
