Step 1:

  • The Blink warranty protects the original purchaser of genuine Blink hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period from the date of the original retail purchase.

  • Coverage is valid for devices purchased through authorized channels such as Amazon, major retailers like Lowe’s or Home Depot, or directly through Blink’s official website.

  • Before proceeding, verify that your device has not been subject to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized third-party repairs, as these factors may void the hardware warranty.

Step 2:

  • To initiate a claim, first visit the Support section on Blink’s official website to review troubleshooting articles that may resolve the issue without a hardware return.

  • If the problem continues, open a technical support ticket through the contact portal on Blink’s website and select Technical Support so your request is directed to the correct department.

  • When submitting the request, provide your product’s serial number and a valid proof of purchase. Customer support may also request photos or a detailed description of the issue to verify the defect.

Step 3:

  • Once customer support approves your claim, you will receive specific instructions for returning your defective device, which usually involves shipping it in protective packaging to a specified service address.

  • Upon receipt and verification of the defect, Blink will, at its option, repair the device using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or equivalent refurbished unit.

  • Your replacement device or repaired part will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever duration is longer, as per the terms on Blink’s official website.
