The Birdfy warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of genuine Birdfy hardware and is non-transferable, ensuring that only items bought from authorized retailers are protected.
To be eligible for a claim, the product must be within its coverage period starting from the date of delivery for online orders or the date of purchase for in-store transactions.
You must ensure the product has not been subjected to unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or misuse, as the customer support team requires the device to be in its original intended condition to honor the claim.
To initiate a claim, you should visit the Contact page on Birdfy’s official website to access the digital request form or email the customer support team directly at their official support address.
You will be required to provide specific documentation, including your Order ID, the Device ID found on the unit, and a valid proof of purchase such as a sales receipt or order confirmation screenshot.
For a faster resolution, Birdfy customer support recommends attaching clear photos or a short video demonstrating the product issue, which allows their technical team to diagnose the failure remotely.
Complete the Product Registration Form to register your device and begin the warranty claim process with the required purchase details.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved by customer support, Birdfy will provide instructions for returning the defective item, which may include a prepaid shipping label if the defect is confirmed as a factory error.
Birdfy may repair the device using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a fully functioning model of equal form and performance, and the repaired or replacement unit will then be shipped back to you.
