You ought to show a valid proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Dealer to initiate a Warranty claim. To have warranty support, please get in touch with the Authorized Dealer from whom you made the purchase.
If you purchased the EGG within the United States, you can reach out to any Authorized Dealer for assistance. In the case of EGGs purchased in countries outside the United States, Warranty claims will be managed by an Authorized Dealer or Distributor in the country where you bought.
They have made available the Warranty claim request form for your use. Please ensure you complete the form with your information, purchase date, dealer information, and EGG size, and attach images of the receipt. Additionally, include images of the three damaged parts, making sure each image is under 10 Mb and in either JPG or PNG format.
Any merchandise item should be returned within a period of 60 (sixty) days for a refund or store credit if you have registered for an account. The items can't be returned if they are washed or worn, and this policy does not apply to EGG Packages, as they have their own separate return guidelines.
The Big Green Egg Store welcomes and dispatches orders from customers residing in the United States. Please note that orders delivered within the US cannot be shipped to a PO Box, APO, or AFO address.
After placing your order, you will promptly receive an email notification. Additionally, you will receive another confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please review your email for the included tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation for the follow-up of your product.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to each Big Green Egg® ceramic cooker when used for residential (non-commercial) purposes. This warranty covers all ceramic components, such as the dome, base, damper top, firebox, and fire ring, and is valid for the original purchaser who acquired the EGG from an Authorized Dealer and registered their Warranty as stipulated. The Residential Warranty remains in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the EGG® and does not impact any applicable statutory rights. On the other hand, for Big Green Egg® ceramic cookers used in commercial settings, a one-year Commercial Warranty is provided. This warranty covers all parts of the EGG, including the ceramic dome, base, and all other ceramic, metal, and wood components, against defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The original purchaser must have obtained the product from an Authorized Dealer and registered their Warranty as required to avail of this Commercial Warranty.
The warranty excludes coverage for incidental losses, accidental damage, or breakage, as well as any damage arising from the following circumstances: transportation, dropping, misassembly, improper support, or any attempt to suspend the EGG using means other than an approved BGE Nest or a solid, non-combustible surface under the base. It also does not cover damage resulting from commercial use, modifications, alterations, negligence, abuse, improper care, road hazards, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by floods, storms, or natural disasters. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to minor cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, chips, crazing, fading, or changes in the appearance of ceramic components that do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the EGG. Hairline cracks, crazing, or surface cracks, which can occur due to the expansion and contraction of ceramic components during heat cycles (a normal characteristic of ceramic materials), are not covered unless they result in a loss of structural integrity or breakage. It's important to note that Big Green Eggs and related BGE products purchased from unauthorized resellers, unauthorized third parties, or through unauthorized retail channels like discount clubs and discount chain stores are not covered under the Big Green Egg warranty.
