When you decide to contact them via email, you must include your name, contact number, and pertinent information about the request if applicable. You should have the RMA number prior to returning the defective products.
Buyers who would like to return the products can do so by filling out the cancellation form, which includes almost all of your personal and residential information. The cancellation window extends for thirty days starting from the date you or a third party, not including the carrier appointed by you, receives the final goods.
Beyerdynamic charges for the return of B-Stock products. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The registered office address is the designated location for returning outlet products.
The limited warranty does not restrict your statutory rights or the consumer's rights against the retailer regarding the purchase agreement.
In certain countries or states, exclusions or limitations on indirect or consequential damages, as well as restrictions on the duration of implied warranties, may not be permitted. If this applies, the aforementioned limitations and exclusions will not be enforced.

During the guarantee period, Beyerdynamic will address defects arising from material or manufacturing faults. At their discretion, they may repair the product at no cost for labor and materials, replace the product or its faulty components, or provide an equivalent product as a replacement, all free of charge.
The guarantee provided by Beyerdynamic does not cover insignificant defects or variations in product quality that do not affect its value or intended use, as well as accessories included with the product, rechargeable batteries, and batteries. Additionally, items such as headband pads, ear pads, windshields, and other parts that directly contact the body during use are excluded. Errors resulting from improper or abusive use of the product, failure to follow Beyerdynamic's usage and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, and modifications made to the product without prior written consent from Beyerdynamic are also not covered. Furthermore, defects caused by unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), defects known to the customer at the time of purchase, and defects resulting from the use of non-original accessories or peripheral devices not developed by Beyerdynamic for this product are not included in the guarantee. Altering or erasing the product's nameplate or serial number will nullify your entitlement to claim under the guarantee. Additionally, any unauthorized tampering with the product by individuals or repair facilities will result in the forfeiture of your guarantee claim rights.
