What is covered under the Beko Warranty?

Your newly acquired Beko product is covered by a guarantee that safeguards against faulty materials, defective components, or manufacturing defects. This guarantee encompasses necessary repairs resulting from such issues, providing functional replacement parts for the product. Additionally, it includes the expenses associated with engaging a Beko Approved Engineer to conduct the required repair work.

What is NOT covered under the Beko Warranty?

The warranty provided does not extend to cover damages incurred during transit and delivery. Additionally, it excludes cabinet or appearance parts, encompassing control knobs, flaps, and handles. Accessories and consumable items, such as ice trays, scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters, and light bulbs, are also not covered. Repairs resulting directly or indirectly from accidental damage, misuse, abuse, attempted repairs by individuals other than a Beko Approved Engineer, or improper installation or use not meeting specified requirements are excluded. Furthermore, repairs for products used on commercial or non-residential household premises are not covered. The Manufacturer, to the extent permitted by law, disclaims liability for any financial loss associated with a product's failure to meet expected standards. Such losses include, but are not limited to, time taken off work, damage to food, clothing, or other items, expenses for meals from restaurants or takeaways, and general compensation for inconvenience.
