In addition to registration, check that your installer has finished the benchmark commissioning checklist and keep it in a safe place. Also, service your boiler every year through a Gas Safe registered engineer. You have to adhere to these rules to make your boiler warranty valid. This same procedure applies to the Air Source Heat Pump.
Moreover, the Air Source Heat Pump and the Boiler share a common warranty validation process. Both the ASHP and its filter, as well as the boiler, require annual servicing. This task should be completed within 60 days of the commissioning date anniversary, following the procedure outlined in the installation and maintenance manual.

Baxi offers a warranty for products supplied by Baxi Heating UK Limited. During the warranty period, defective parts from the date of manufacture will be replaced at their discretion and free of charge. This warranty is applicable only to products purchased and used in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
The warranty excludes coverage for products that have been relocated from their initial installation site, damages resulting from accidental or intentional actions, misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate third-party commissioning, inappropriate maintenance or neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, and the installation of unauthorized parts. It also does not cover issues arising from an insufficient supply of essential services such as electricity, gas, or water to the property. Additionally, routine servicing and maintenance costs are not included in the warranty.
