What is covered under the Baseus Warranty?

Defects in materials or workmanship during normal use, with a warranty period ranging from 18 to 24 months from the date of purchase for orders placed on or after January 1st, 2024

  • Parts and labor charges for the repair or replacement of a defective product, including return, replacement, and repair services during the warranty period
  • The original retail purchaser who purchased a genuine Baseus product from baseus.com or an authorized Baseus dealer in new, unopened, and unaltered condition
  • Replacement or repair of the defective product at no charge, with valid proof of purchase required for all warranty claims
  • If the invoice is lost, the warranty period will be extended by 3 months from the product SN or production date.

What is NOT covered under the Baseus Warranty?

Products without sufficient proof of purchase, lost or stolen products, or items that have expired their warranty period

  • Damage from misuse of products including falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, or operating devices improperly
  • Damage from outside sources, repairs through third parties, or products that have been altered, modified, or subjected to unauthorized repair or service
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers, free products, or products that have been fully refunded
  • Non quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase, or any other situations not specified in the warranty policy
