Confirm your product was purchased from BaoFengTech.com or the official Amazon storefront, as only authorized purchases are eligible.
Find your product's model number or serial number, printed on the device or its original packaging.
Visit baofengtech and review the Returns, Warranty, and Refunds Policy to understand your coverage before submitting a claim.
Go to the Product Repair RMA page at baofengtech.com and complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Provide accurate details including your product model, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
Once submitted, you will receive an RMA number by email, which will be reviewed to confirm warranty eligibility.
Note that approved RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, so act promptly.
Review the warranty terms within your approval email to understand whether your product will be repaired or replaced.
Pack your product securely in its original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit, as inadequate packaging may affect your claim.
Ship only the faulty item to the BTECH RMA center at the address provided in your approval email, unless instructed otherwise.
Return shipping to the RMA center is at your own expense; however, BTECH covers standard ground return shipping after repair or replacement.
Once received, BTECH will inspect and process your claim. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
For any unresolved issues, email support@baofengtech.com with the subject line "Dispute Process" and the team will work to resolve it promptly.
All BaoFeng Tech products purchased from BaoFengTech.com or the official Amazon storefront are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

BaoFeng Tech's One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use and in accordance with the product's guidelines.
