Step 2:

  • Customers who adhere to the stipulated return policy are entitled to receive a refund. Following the provided four-step process is required to return the product to the manufacturer.

  • Baccarat provides you a 30-day return period from the delivery date to return the product with proof of purchase; maybe it is the invoice.

  • They only accept products that are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact, along with accessories, manuals, documentation, and a return authorization number.

Step 3:

  • Products such as gift cards or vouchers, clearance items, made-to-order, personalized or monogrammed items, and repaired or replacement items are exempt from returning. 

  • The refund is provided without including the original delivery charges. You will also have to fill out the form on the support page, which is almost similar to the form for claiming the warranty, with a variety of categories to be opted for.

  • During the warranty process, Baccarat may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Their products have a 12-month or lifetime warranty period.
