They only accept products that are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact, along with accessories, manuals, documentation, and with a return authorization number.

  • Products such as gift cards or vouchers, clearance items, made-to-order, personalized or monogrammed items, and repaired or replacement items are exempted from returning. The refund is provided without including the original delivery charges.
