What is covered under the Mistral Appliances Warranty?

Mistral Appliances warranty policy applies to:

  • The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including all parts unless specified otherwise.
  • Defects that occur within the warranty period, under normal use and care, will be addressed through repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Coverage is limited to defects arising from standard use and care during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Mistral Appliances Warranty?

Mistral Appliances warranty does not apply to:

  • The warranty does not cover batteries or consumable items.
  • It excludes normal wear and tear on the products or their parts.
  • The warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.
  • Coverage is void if the product has been repaired or altered by unauthorized individuals.
  • The warranty is invalid if the product was not installed, operated, or maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • It excludes damage resulting from improper power input or cable connection, as well as products used for non-domestic purposes.
