What is covered under the Mistral Appliances Warranty?

The product is assured to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, encompassing all parts unless otherwise specified. Any defects that arise within the warranty period, under standard use and care, will be addressed by repair, replacement, or refund at their discretion. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is NOT covered under the Mistral Appliances Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to cover batteries or any other consumable items, nor does it encompass normal wear to the products or their parts. It explicitly excludes defects resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by an individual not authorized by the distributor. Furthermore, the warranty will not apply to any product that has not been installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions provided with the product. It also excludes any product used for purposes other than domestic use and any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.
