3 Simple Steps for Buck Knives Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The warranty repair form, which is in PDF format, should be downloaded, printed out, and shipped to Buck Knives with your problematic knife after you complete the necessary fields in the form.

  • You will need to cover the return freight charges for the product you send back to them. Buck Knives takes care of the expenses when returning the product to your home or office.

Step 2:

  • The warranter permits you to return the product that failed to meet your expectations. The return is to be made using the original Buck Knives box and should include the packaging slip. You also have the option to exchange your product.

  • You should never try to return the non-defective Custom Knife Shop order. The packaging slip is a reference to your order number.

Step 3:

  • If your knife has been damaged due to misuse, their repair department can assess the damage and provide repairs for a reasonable fee.

  • You might have queries regarding the status, changing and returning the order, or general topics about Buck Knives, but the solution is one: emailing the experienced customer support team.

  • During the warranty process, Buck Knives may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
