Davek credits the refund amount to the payment form that you used during the time of purchase, and it takes thirty days from the date of receiving the return to be reflected in your bank account. The seller never pays the shipping charges.
You need not panic when you lose your umbrella since the umbrella has the "loss protection" serial number. With that number, you can receive another umbrella for replacement with a discount of half of the original purchase price.
Redemptions are restricted to one replacement per initial purchase, and the serial number automatically deactivates after its first use.
