Step 2:

  • Log into the Verkada Command platform and generate a support token if requested, which allows technical specialists to securely access your device diagnostics for a preliminary remote evaluation.

  • Describe the specific errors or hardware malfunctions in detail to the support team, enabling them to provide a suitable workaround or determine if the unit requires a physical replacement.

  • Verify that the hardware has been installed correctly and is receiving adequate power and network connectivity, ruling out environmental factors or third-party infrastructure issues as the cause of the failure.

Step 3:

  • Open a formal support case through the live chat, email, or phone channels found within the "Contact Us" section of your Command dashboard to initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
