Defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment from Axis, for purchases shipped on or after 1 April 2020

  • Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers, or with a removed, altered, or illegible model or serial number
  • Use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed or intended, or normal wear and tear and deterioration
  • Products purchased "as is" or where Axis has expressly disclaimed warranty obligation, or warranty claims made without valid proof of purchase
