Defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of retail purchase

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers

  • Products purchased from unauthorized Avantalk resellers or with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number
  • Modifications or alterations not approved by Avantalk, or normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear
  • Theft, loss of the item, or warranty claims made without valid proof of purchase
