3 Simple Steps for Audiolab Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Registration of your product must be done within ninety days of the purchase date as it extends your warranty period to three years from the fixed one. The form requires you to provide your email, name, serial and model number, dealer name, and purchase date.

  • Products that have not been registered online will be covered by a limited warranty for a duration of one year, or for the duration of the statutory warranty in your country, whichever is greater.

  • The warranty is provided only to the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person.

Step 2:

  • By providing the limited warranty certificate received during the registration process for the extended warranty, you can contact the authorized dealer from whom you purchased the product to make a warranty claim.

  • Exercise caution when preparing the products for shipment, utilizing either the original box or packaging that ensures an equal standard of protection. Ensure the return is conducted through a courier service with insurance coverage and tracking capabilities.

  • You can receive the details and instructions to return the products from the authorized dealer or distributor. The warranty will be invalid when you do not follow the return policy properly and pack and return the products in good condition.

Step 3:

  • You must bring your products to the appointed distributor for the repair services to be conducted. The warranty cannot be claimed when the repairs are done with no approval of the appointed representative.

  • Kindly be aware that Audiolab is only able to provide parts or replacement items to the official distributor or an authorized service center, and not to any other entity.

  • During the warranty process, Audiolab may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Audiolab Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers. It also excludes products not purchased from an authorized Audiolab dealer, those not new at the time of the original purchase, items sold "as is," "as seen," or "with faults," and products acquired from unauthorized dealers or distributors outside the specified region. Accidental damage or faults resulting from commercial use, acts of nature, incorrect installation or connection, improper packaging, misuse, careless operation, or handling contrary to user instructions are not covered. This includes equipment used with unsuitable or faulty apparatus, repairs or modifications by parties other than Audiolab or its authorized service partners, and damage in transit not attributable to Audiolab, the authorized distributor, or dealer. The warranty excludes faults related to abnormal power supply voltage or power surges, extremities in temperature, exposure to heat, water, liquids, insects, excessive moisture, sand, chemicals, battery leakage, or contaminants. Force majeure events, such as acts of God, fire, lightning, typhoons, storms, earthquakes, hurricanes, natural disasters, tsunamis, floods, war, riots, public disturbance, and other causes beyond the reasonable control of Audiolab or its authorized distributor, are also not covered. Additionally, items purchased before January 1, 2021, are not eligible for extended warranty claims, and certain models are excluded from the extended warranty program.
