What is covered under the Elgato Warranty?

Elgato assures that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified duration. What is NOT covered under the Elgato Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for issues or damage arising from wear and tear due to regular usage, any modifications, abuse, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover problems resulting from improper operations, including any use not in line with the provided product instructions, or connection to improper voltage supplies. Any other cause unrelated to a product defect in materials or workmanship is not covered. Additionally, products damaged during cryptocurrency mining operations are not eligible for warranty claims.
