Step 1:

  • Not much detail is needed except for the product name, serial number, and purchase date for the registration. Among these, you should never fail to produce a serial number and an invoice/bill of sale received from the authorized dealer to claim warranty service.

  • As well as other eligibility criteria for warranty claims, the products must have been purchased from Audeze or its authorized dealer. You automatically qualify for exclusive member promotions when you combine the product's serial number with your Audeze online account.

Step 2:

  • There is a possibility of not having to pay a restocking fee for the products returned within thirty days from the date of the delivery. Audeze may reject products that arrive without the return Authorization number and shipping instructions, which will be given by the customer support team.

  • The products should not be different from the original condition and damaged. Additionally, all parts must be included when returning the products. After the products are thoroughly inspected, you can expect to receive the refund amount back into your account within 3 to 5 business days.

Step 3:

  • The support center is broadened into a wide range because it encompasses topics such as general information, help, and technical support, including FILTER, Maxwell, Penrose, and Mobius.

  • If any defects arise within the initial 30 days following the original retail purchase, shipping costs for both delivery to and from the original point of receipt are covered by providing a prepaid shipping label.

What is covered under the Audeze Warranty?

Audeze LLC promises to the original buyer that the Audeze Product will be devoid of any manufacturing defects, faults in parts, materials, and craftsmanship when used normally and in line with Audeze’s stated guidelines. These guidelines encompass various sources such as technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications, among others.

What is NOT covered under the Audeze Warranty?

The warranty excludes defects arising from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken parts, failure to adhere to operating instructions, accidents, excessive moisture or temperature, power surges, connection to improper voltage supply, unauthorized alteration or modification, damage due to use with non-Audeze products, purchase from unauthorized dealers, or defects occurring during transportation, for which claims must be made to the carrier. Consumable parts, including headband straps/cushions, ear tips, earlocks, ear hooks, and batteries, are also not covered.
