Having proof of purchase enables you to request a service or repair from Ariston without any difficulties when your product is under warranty period. You may have to be responsible for the charges related to service calls when your product is no longer covered by warranty.
As soon as you provide your personal and purchase details, along with the uploaded purchase invoice or receipt, they will be in touch with you to address your queries. Furthermore, the product registration form is more or less similar to the one above, with the addition of a field for selecting the product category.
Operational issues, manufacturing defects, performance problems, malfunction reports, and product errors will be repaired or replaced by the experienced team at Ariston Appliances.
Once you detect damaged or faulty goods dispatched by the manufacturer within 14 days of receiving your product, you should immediately contact them to organize a return. A return, exchange, or refund can be refused by Ariston for the contact that crosses the fixed time duration.
There is a high chance of your products getting rejected when you return the product without a return authority (RA) number. Prior to sending your product back to them, you must receive a return authority number.
Reimbursement for reasonable return postage or transportation expenses will be granted solely upon approval of an RA and confirmation of the product's faultiness. Ariston usually takes 10 days to credit your refund from the time they receive the product.
So far, if you have any uncertainties, feel free to contact the customer care center either by email or phone. Additionally, there are separate contact methods for commercial customers.
They are trained well enough to resolve your problems, and for their quality service, they have received many positive feedbacks.

The warranty applies exclusively if the purchaser diligently adheres to all instructions included with the product. This entails following the installation instructions provided and complying with electrical wiring regulations, and gas and/or plumbing codes. Additionally, the purchaser must carefully follow the instructions outlined in the owner's handbook regarding the correct use and maintenance of the product. The warranty is valid only if the product is used strictly for its intended purpose of domestic, indoor use, and if it was purchased and installed in Australia.
The warranty has specific exclusions that should be noted. It does not cover optional glass lids for hobs, except for claims related to mechanical or physical damage at the time of purchase. Additionally, the warranty excludes coverage for light globes (except for microwave oven globes), damage to ceramic glass resulting from spill overs, lack of maintenance, or impact, and damage to surface coatings caused by cleaning with products not recommended in the owner's handbook. Normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, alterations, and misuse are also excluded from warranty coverage. If the product is dismantled, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than an authorized employee or agent of Arisit Australia Pty Ltd, the warranty is void. Furthermore, for freestanding microwaves, in-home service is not covered, and the warranty is limited to the appliance being taken to the nearest Service Agent.
