  • Create an account to register your ARCTIC product by signing up on their official website. 

    Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll be able to register your product by entering its model number along with the purchase date and place of usage. 

    Registering your product expedites the process of resolving ARCTIC warranty claims. 

  • During the warranty process, ARCTIC may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service.

    It is recommended to check the warranty terms applicable to your specific ARCTIC product on their official website.

  • ARCTIC typically requires customers to contact their customer service for assistance. You can contact them using the contact details given below.

    Before contacting customer support, gather all the necessary information for your ARCTIC warranty claim.

    This usually includes the registered product details, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation, such as photos or videos of the defect.

    The customer support representative will guide you through the ARCTIC warranty claim process and provide further instructions. 


    Follow the instructions provided by the customer support representative diligently.


    If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, ARCTIC may arrange for replacement parts, product repair or, in some cases, a replacement unit.

  • Unless otherwise stated in your product's manual, the following warranty policy applies to ARCTIC products sold on arctic.de or through authorized retailers. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof of purchase.

  • CPU Air & Water Coolers come with a 6-year limited warranty

  • Fans are covered by a 6-year limited warranty

  • Thermal Pastes & Pads are protected by a 2-year limited warranty

  • Monitor Mounts come with a 2-year limited warranty

  • Damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses, such as abnormal operating conditions including extreme temperatures or improper mounting
  • Damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquake or other external causes
