3 Simple Steps for AR speakers Warranty Claim

Locate your original dated bill of sale and keep it handy, as proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty claim, along with your product's model number and serial number found on the product itself.
Step 2:

Pack your defective item securely along with all original accessories in the original packaging, and ship it transportation prepaid to an approved AR Speakers warranty station. Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs.

Ensure the package includes your proof of warranty coverage (dated bill of sale) and a clear written description of the defect(s) to help the customer service team process your claim promptly.

Step 3:

Once your defective item is received and the defect is verified, VOXX Accessories Corp. will repair or replace it with a new or reconditioned product at the company’s option, at no charge for parts and repair labor.

No additional fees are charged for the repair or replacement. The warranty covers the full cost of parts and labor for confirmed manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period.

The company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall not, in any event, exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
