  • The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Make sure the issue is not the result of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.

  • Have your proof of purchase ready, as it will be required to verify your purchase date and confirm eligibility when contacting customer support.

Step 2:

  • If your product was purchased through adorer-audio.com or Amazon, contact the Adorer Audio customer support team to claim the warranty. 

  • If your product was purchased through another retailer, contact that retailer directly for warranty assistance. Adorer Audio's direct warranty support applies only to purchases made through their official channels.

  • Describe your issue clearly and include your order details, product model, and proof of purchase to help the team process your claim as quickly as possible.

Step 3:

  • If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Adorer will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge for parts or labour.

  • If the original product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical model, Adorer may, at its sole discretion, replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.

  • Follow the instructions provided by the support team regarding return shipping and packaging to ensure your claim is processed smoothly and without delay.

What is covered under the Adorer Audio Warranty?

Adorer Audio warrants to the original retail purchaser that all headphone and earphone products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase. Should any problem arise due to a manufacturing defect, Adorer will at its option repair or replace the defective product at no charge for parts or labour. If the original product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical unit, Adorer may at its sole discretion substitute it with a current model of equal or greater value.

What is NOT covered under the Adorer Audio Warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow the product's operating instructions is not covered. Physical damage such as cracks, breaks, or liquid damage resulting from improper handling are also excluded. Products modified or repaired by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.
