Step 1:

  • Confirm that your product was purchased from Aduro Products directly or from an authorized seller, accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Check that your claim falls within the one-year warranty period from the date of the original purchase (or as stated on the product page or packaging, whichever is greater).

  • Note that the warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. It does not extend to subsequent owners or transferees.

Step 2:

  • Reach out to Aduro’s customer support team to describe the issue and determine the most appropriate solution for your situation.

  • Support will assess your claim and, if eligible, issue you a Defective Merchandise Authorization (DMA) number to proceed with your return.

  • Do not send any product back without first obtaining a DMA number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Step 3:

  • Once you have your DMA, pack the defective product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging, including any accessories and documents that were shipped with it.

  • Send the item to the address provided by Aduro support, clearly referencing your DMA number on the shipment.

  • Aduro will repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace it as appropriate.

  • One year from the date of original purchase

What is covered under the Aduro Products Warranty?

Aduro Products' limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

  • If a product is found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Aduro will repair or replace it at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item, or one year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What is NOT covered under the Aduro Products Warranty?

Damage caused by transportation, storage, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance.

  • Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or damage from external causes such as accidents, abuse, or events beyond Aduro's reasonable control.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers (including any Amazon.com or eBay.com sellers other than "Entronik"), products without valid proof of purchase, and claims from non-original purchasers or transferees.
