Step 1:

  • Confirm that your product was purchased from an authorized AIWA seller and that you have valid proof of purchase, such as a bill of sale or receipted invoice, showing the product is within the warranty period.

  • Ensure the defect is related to materials or workmanship under normal use and that the product has not been modified, misused, or serviced by an unauthorized party.

  • Note that the warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Step 2:

  • The support team will help determine the problem and guide you through the appropriate service procedure.

  • The original consumer purchaser must contact SAKAR International for problem determination and service procedures, including obtaining the name and address of an authorized product service center.

  • Have your proof of purchase and a written description of the issue ready before calling.

Step 3:

  • Properly package and send the defective product along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address to the authorized service center at your expense.

  • Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product.

  • Any products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by the warranty will be returned unrepaired.
