If your product experiences a malfunction within the warranty period, you must contact Andis customer support. When contacting Andis customer support, you must provide proof of purchase.
This will be used as evidence of the purchase, and may be requested in the warranty claim procedure.
If you do not already have an account, you must create one to register your product and process warranty claims.
In order to register a product and apply for a warranty, you will need to provide the following details: Serial number of the product Purchase receipt Contact information, address, telephone number and Email address.
Once you have completed the registration process, click the “Submit” button.
An email confirmation will be sent to you from Andis regarding your product registration.
To initiate the warranty claim process, you will need to contact Customer Support at the number or email ID given below, so they can gather all the necessary information, create a case for you, and provide you with everything you need to return your order to their facility.
To get a replacement, Please package your item in a manner that prevents any damage from occurring while it is in transit. Additionally, ensure that it is shipped using a traceable method (e.g. USPS, UPS, US FedEx). If you are sending your item for repair, please refrain from sending your original packaging as this will not be returned to you with your unit.
Include your Case Number, your blade, any charging parts, and a copy of the purchase receipt if it's under warranty don't forget to give a full description of the problem you're facing with the product and send it to the following address.

A limited warranty applies to all Andis products for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty provides Andis with the ability to repair or replace a defective Andis product at no additional cost to the purchaser. The warranty applies in the U.S. and Canada. You are responsible for delivery to Andis to have it repaired or replaced.
The Andis 1 Year Limited Warranty does not include the following products: Used or from an unlicensed third-party seller Products that have undergone any form of alteration, such as painting, cutting or tampering Wearable parts, including blades, foil heads or cutters, that are subject to regular wear and tear Products damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or neglect Products damaged due to an electrical storm, lightning strike or other catastrophe. Andis warranty does not cover any accidental or consequential damage. If your product is not covered by the Andis 1 year Limited Warranty, you may still seek to have it repaired or replaced through the Andis customer service line. However, you are responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
