What is covered under the Amazfit US Warranty?

Amazfit assures the consumer that, under normal use, the Device will function substantially in accordance with Amazfit's technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a duration of one year from the original purchase date. If the Device requires Amazfit software or services to achieve the Warranted Functionality, Amazfit commits to providing and maintaining such software and services throughout the warranty period. However, Amazfit reserves the right to update, modify, or limit these software and services at its sole discretion, ensuring that the warranted functionality is maintained or surpassed.

What is NOT covered under the Amazfit US Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defects, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents (including but not limited to collision, fire, flood, earthquake, and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use with unsuitable devices, software, or services. It also excludes use not in accordance with the documentation, damage caused by third-party equipment used with the Device, commercial use or resale, used or resold products, use for medical, healthcare, or treatment purposes, and any features or performance parameters related to software or services beyond the warranted functionality of the device.
