Step 1:

  • AEG encourages you to complete the three steps to get the registration done successfully. First, you have to furnish your appliance details, then your personal information, and finally, finish the third step by providing the vital details.

  • Following enrollment, you will receive better living ideas, appliance services, and safety notices from their side. To save you precious time in locating the model number, they provide guidance to find the number right below the box where the model number is to be entered.

  • Operational issues, manufacturing defects, performance problems, malfunction reports, and product errors will be repaired or replaced by the experienced team at AEG Appliances.

Step 2:

  • Booking a service or repair requires providing essential information, including the appliance type, model and serial number, and purchase date. It is only done by fully qualified AEG-approved technicians.

  • The warranty statements are conveniently located below the page and come included with the appliance for your reference. Keep in mind that proof of purchase is considered to be important for a warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • Customer support encourages you to diligently fill out the details on the provided form, assuring you of their readiness to assist you every day.

What is covered under the AEG Warranty?

The warranty is applicable solely to newly purchased appliances used in Australia or New Zealand, and it complements other rights and remedies specified by the law relevant to the appliances or services, including any statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded in Australia and New Zealand. Throughout the Warranty Period, Electrolux or its Authorized Service Center (ASC) will, at no additional cost if your appliance is easily accessible for service, without the need for special equipment and subject to the specified terms and conditions, repair or replace any parts deemed defective. Electrolux, at its absolute discretion, may choose between repair or replacement as the remedy for a valid warranty claim. In the process of repairing your appliance, Electrolux or its ASC may use refurbished parts. You acknowledge and agree that any appliances or parts replaced become the property of Electrolux.

What is NOT covered under the AEG Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for certain items such as light globes, batteries, filters, or other perishable parts. Additionally, it does not cover cosmetic damage that does not impact the appliance's operation, parts and appliances not supplied by Electrolux, and damage caused by various factors. These factors include negligence or accident, misuse or abuse (including inadequate maintenance), improper servicing or repair works by individuals not authorized by Electrolux, normal wear and tear, damage from power surges, electrical storms, or incorrect power supply, incomplete or improper installation, incorrect, improper, or inappropriate operation, insect or vermin infestation, and failure to comply with any additional instructions provided with the appliance.
