Step 1:

  • Adesso Inc. warrants that, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to its published specifications.

  • Make sure your product was purchased from an authorized retailer and that the issue is a manufacturing defect. Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under the warranty.

  • Have your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) ready, as it will be required when contacting support and when returning the product for service.

  • Register your product on the official Adesso website using the Product Registration form. Keep your product model number, serial number, purchase date, and retailer details ready when completing the registration.

  • Reach the customer support team by submitting a request online or calling customer support.

  • Do not return the product without first receiving your RMA number, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Step 3:

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and include your name, shipping address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and proof of purchase inside the package.

  • Ship the product freight-prepaid to Adesso Inc. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Adesso.

  • If the product is found to be defective under the warranty terms, Adesso will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge and arrange for the return of the serviced product.

What is covered under the Adesso Warranty?

What is NOT covered under the Adesso Warranty?

Products damaged through improper handling, abuse, negligence, or accident are not covered under this warranty. Improper installation, unauthorised repair or modification, and use with components not approved by Adesso also void the warranty.
Products where sealed assembly traces, serial numbers, or labels have been removed or tampered with are excluded from warranty coverage. Any alteration to the product's original condition that makes it impossible to verify purchase date or authenticity will result in the warranty being void.
