Step 1:

  • The warranty applies only to ADCOM products purchased directly from the ADCOM website or from an authorized ADCOM dealer in your country. It is valid for the original owner or the person receiving the product as a gift and is non-transferable.

  • The warranty period starts 30 days from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years for all products. Confirm your purchase date and ensure that the issue falls within this coverage period before proceeding.

  • Register your product within 30 days of purchase via the product registration form on the ADCOM support page. Have your product name, serial number, purchase date, and retailer details ready.

Step 2:

  • Reach out to the ADCOM customer service team by email or by visiting the Support page on the ADCOM website.

  • You must include the original sales receipt with the product and, at your expense, de-install, package, and deliver or ship the product fully insured to an ADCOM authorized service center.

  • The support team will assess your claim and advise whether the issue is covered under warranty or falls under a paid repair scenario.

Step 3:

  • During the warranty period, ADCOM will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. The product will be restored to its original specifications at no cost for parts or labor.

  • ADCOM pays the one-way shipping cost for all repairs under the warranty period. After the repair, the product will be returned to the owner either at the owner's expense or ADCOM's expense.

  • If it is determined that there is no defect and the product is fully functional, the owner will be charged a diagnostic fee, and the product will be returned at the owner's expense.

Adcom Warranty Period:

  • 2 years from 30 days after the date of purchase (warranty starts 30 days post-purchase and runs for 2 years).

What is covered under the Adcom Warranty?

ADCOM warrants to the original owner that the product shall not have defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Qualifying defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge for parts and labour at an authorised ADCOM service centre.

What is NOT covered under the Adcom Warranty?

Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow operating instructions, accidents, excess moisture, insects, lightning, power surges, or connection to incorrect voltage supply is not covered. Unauthorised alterations, modifications, inadequate packing, or use with non-ADCOM products also void the warranty. Products requiring modification to operate outside their designed country are excluded.
