Capture clear photos of the device and the specific defect to include in your digital application; this helps the technical team provide a faster diagnostic and repair guide.
Initiate your claim by logging into your account on ztedevices.com and submitting a "Repair Service" sheet via the Repair Application portal.
After submission, wait for a representative to contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a corresponding repair guide.
